Snowdonia, north Wales

Cadair Idris is a mountain in Snowdonia, north Wales. It lies at the southern end of Snowdonia National Park and reaches 893 m at its summit.

The day we chose to climb it there was a fell run up to the summit from and Dolgellau 5miles away and back.

It was lovely and warm at the bottom, but at the summit it got to ~ -2 celcius with the wind chill!
